Our Mission

The Schleich Red Wing Pottery Museum.

The Schleich Red Wing Pottery, Dinnerware, and Stoneware Collection is a Nebraska 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation registered as such with the State. The primary mission of the museum and collection is to preserve artifacts of Red Wing Pottery, with the intent of sharing with others its history and significance within American culture. A secondary purpose of the museum is to provide education regarding Red Wing Pottery and its many types and uses, in the hope future generations will continue to embrace and preserve these objects of art and Americana.

The Schleich Red Wing Pottery Museum does accept financial donations to help cover operating expenses of the museum. For further information on the Mission of the museum or making a donation, contact Louise Schleich via e-mail at:ldschleich@aol.com.
